This is a great little black dress from Diane von Fürstenberg. It comes down to just below the knee. Were you expecting something outrageous and loud ? Not everyone over there in California is that way. Settling for a “safer” look is definitely a better example to show the world of raging “flaunt”.
Lauren was wearing this smashing dress during the Hope Honors in New York. It is a great example of something that appeals and yet uses self control. Imagine that ! Self control in an age of vapid in-your-face lack of it. She looks happy and confident as she presents a nice smile and attitude. Her shoes match her black dress and are designed to imitate the look of the dress. This should be the start of a new trend in celebrity fashion.
